Winter Riding at Mt Mac

Winter is here, which means its time for fat bikes!

A friendly reminder to all riders to please stay off the Mt McIntyre groomed ski trails. These trails are maintained by the Whitehorse Cross Country Ski Club. There is access to the single track trails in the area via the Dirt Jump Park.

2016 AGM

CMBC’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at L’AFY on Saturday November 26, 2016 from 7pm-10pm.  In addition to our usual business agenda we will be proposing changes to our bylaws.  These changes have been drafted because the board wants to provide clarity on remuneration and quorum as well as update our bylaws more generally to reflect how our board operates.

There is so much going on in Whitehorse at this time of year it is easy to lose track of the fact that the 24 Hours of Light will be here in a mere 13 days!

4th Annual 5+ Hours of Light

The winter solstice is almost here and you know what that means!  It’s time for the 5+ Hours of Light Fat Bike Festival!    This fun event celebrates fat bikes and the shortest day of the year.  Because we use the awesome facilities at Biathlon Yukon, this year we are gong to be bisportual and offer a xc ski loop as part of the event.
