DESCRIPTION:Ride\, Stretch\, Recover! \nSponsored by Medicine Chest Pharmacy and Summit Yoga \nWe are thrilled to announce a special event and partnership between Dirt Girls and Summit Yoga! \nJoin Dirt Girls for another incredible fun and supportive ride of the Grey Mountain trails\, followed by Marisa Hindemith of SUMMIT YOGA leading us through a Slow & Stretch yin and restorative inspired yoga class. We’ll gently open hips\, hamstrings and shoulders\, helping your body recover and reset after another fun evening of Dirt Girls mountain biking on the trails.
